Pet-friendly community
Pets are welcome here!
We welcome up to two pets per home. Residents pay a non-refundable pet fee of $300. Restricted breeds include Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull, Terrier/Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Presa Canarios, Akita, Alaskan Malamutes, Wolf-Hybrid, or any mix thereof.
